We wanted to commend you and everyone else on the New Seabury sales staff for making our home buying experience so easy and hassle-free.  As the very first purchasers to close, we expected that a number of delays and glitches would be inevitable, but things went extremely smoothly and on-schedule.

The Design Staff was equally efficient, and a pleasure to work with.  With so many design choices to make as a new home is built, it can often result in stress, but we actually found it fun and enjoyable.

We purchased our home from New Seabury Properties in the spring of 2005.  Since our purchase, our neighborhood has become an integral part of our lives.  Part of the reason we purchased in New Seabury versus other areas of Cape Cod is that we viewed New Seabury as a unique community; one that offers the home buyer an integration of the beach vacation home combined with a rich community and lifestyle experience.  Thus far our experience over the past few years has validated our initial reasons for choosing New Seabury.  The beach club, marketplace, sports activities, and social events combined with the incredible location of our beautiful home have made our summers truly outstanding. 

As for the home we purchased, I can honestly say that it is truly a superiorly constructed home.  Not only did the developing team meet every specific requirement of the purchase contract but in cases where there was ambiguity the developer always seemed to reach for a higher standard.  As for the home buying and construction experience, which can be most overwhelming, New Seabury Properties, LLC was an absolute pleasure to deal with.  From beginning to end the process was well organized, efficient, and easy.  Also, while we did close our home with several punch list items, they were expeditiously addressed within a few months.  Please feel free to have anyone you are working with contact me if they would like to further discuss our purchase at New Seabury.
